Supplier files and reports

Files selected in the comparison tool are processed in that browser tab. The tool does not upload supplier files, send file contents to an AI service, or save comparisons to browser storage. Reloading or closing clears loaded data. Reports you download remain on your device.

Website visits

The site contains no advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. When hosted online, the hosting provider receives normal request metadata such as your IP address and browser information to deliver and secure the website. This is separate from the supplier-file contents, which the tool does not send.

Voluntary pilot contact

If you choose to email us, your email provider and ours handle the message. We receive what you send, such as your email address, store URL and description of your workflow, and use it to discuss the pilot. The site itself has no signup database or payment form. Please do not send confidential supplier files. If we later need a redacted example, we will agree on that separately.

Before any paid or saved-workspace version

Accounts, saved mappings, comparison history and subscriptions are not currently available. Any later version that stores information will describe its data handling before asking you to use it.
